The Last 90 Days Challenge

AGREEMENTS

When you commit to this challenge, you agree to do the following each day during the last 90 days of the year:

1.⁠ ⁠Well-being: Complete an activity of your choice that will support your physical/mental well-being.

2.⁠ ⁠Gratitude: Write 10 reasons why you feel grateful and experience the emotion of gratitude.

3.⁠ ⁠Visualization: Spend 3 - 5 minutes visualizing your dream.

4.⁠ ⁠Assess: Write the obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your goal. These obstacles can be mental or external.

5.⁠ ⁠Decide: Connect to the version of you who has already achieved this goal. Use their wisdom and certainty to decide how to overcome each obstacle.
